29/08/2018 – Por volta das 10h da manhã de hoje (quarta), na BR 282 em Catanduvas, policiais rodoviários federais aprenderam aproximadamente 3.000 latas de energético e 4 mil quilos de camarões contrabandeados da argentina. Um homem foi preso.

A carga estava em um baú Agrale/13000 de Trombudo Central/SC, que não era refrigerado. O crustáceo e a bebida estavam acondicionados em caixas prontas para distribuição. Segundo o motorista, de 49 anos, o produto vinha de Barracão/PR, na divisa com a Argentina, e seria revendido em restaurantes do litoral catarinense.

Os energéticos não tinham nenhum comprovante de pagamento das taxas aduaneiras, o que configura o crime de descaminho.

O condutor foi detido e conduzido à Polícia Federal de Chapecó, onde responderá por contrabando e descaminho. O veículo e a carga foram encaminhados para o depósito da Receita Federal de Joaçaba, onde será feita a contagem oficial.
