Um temporal com granizo causou danos em telhados de casas e prédios comerciais na tarde desta quinta-feira (17), em Lagoa Vermelha, na região Norte. A tempestade atingiu o município por volta das 15h. Dezenas de residências foram afetadas.

De acordo com relato de moradores, o temporal durou cerca de 20 minutos. Ainda não há levantamento oficial de quantas casas tiveram os telhados danificados.

Conforme o Corpo de Bombeiros, lonas estão sendo distribuídas aos moradores. A prefeitura do município também ativou um “gabinete de crise” para atender a população.

A prefeitura de Lagoa Vermelha emitiu uma nota aos moradores. A administração pede que os moradores evitem subir nos telhados para evitar quedas.
