Moradores fizeram registro do fenômeno

Chuvas de granizo foram registradas no início da tarde desta terça-feira (8) nos municípios de Urubici e Rio Rufino, na Serra Catarinense. De acordo com moradores, a chuva com pedras iniciou por volta das 12h30. Imagens registradas mostram as ruas cobertas com pedras de gelo.

Segundo a Defesa Civil de Santa Catarina, instabilidades que estão presentes na atmosfera, combinadas com a atuação da circulação marítima, trazem chuva às regiões do estado. Os temporais vêm acompanhados de descargas elétricas, rajadas de vento e queda de granizo.
