A Agência de inteligência do 2°BPM através de informações de comércio de cigarros contrabandeados do Paraguai deslocou juntamente com a Guarnição reforçada e Pós Crime na Travessa Brasil, centro de Chapecó, popularmente conhecido como Camelódromo, no local constatado a venda ilegal de cigarros oriundos do Paraguai.

Foram apreendidos 50 caixas de cigarro contendo 10 mil carteiras no total, além de R$ 31.946,00 em espécie. A dona do estabelecimento C. A. B. B. de 35 anos foi conduzida para a Polícia Federal juntamente com os produtos ilícitos.
